Critically acclaimed Bouchon Bakery is looking for an overnight bread baker. Typical hours for this position are between 10:00pm – 8:00am, five days a week depending on production needs.

Qualified candidates should have 1-2 years of experience at a well established artisanal bread operation. To be considered you must be a culinary school graduate with a good foundation of bread principles.
