Summary
A new multi-unit casual cafe with an extensive bread program is opening soon. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, experienced baker to join our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of an opening by a successful group.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Scale, mix, shape and bake breads.
2. Complete bread department mise en place.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1. At least 2 years prior bread baking experience in a production environment.
2. Experience with scaling, mixing, shaping, and baking desired.
3. Ability to work efficiently and quickly, and take direction well.
4. Knowledge of northern European breads highly desirable.
5. Knowledge of food safety.
