We are looking for a bread baker with some background in scratch baking and working with sourdoughs and preferments to join our friendly team at Clear Flour Bread in Brookline Ma. We will train, but applicant must at least have restaurant kitchen experience. We are a 25 year old, family owned and operated, nationally recognized, artisan bakery that specializes in creating the authentic breads of Italy, France and Germany serving them with unparalleled service to our Brookline neighborhood as well as to wholesale accounts in the greater Boston metropolitan area. The position offered is 40 hours a week full time only.
The starting shifts are 6pm-2am, 5pm-1am and 11am-7pm.
A starting schedule will include one or possibly both weekend days.
Bakers must be able to work all times of day as their skills increase.

Reliable transportation is needed for shifts that start and end during hours the T does not run.
